Well this has been quite a week. I know that you would be wondering about what i am talking about. Well read it again. It has saved me from a lot of problems and has strengthened my relationships with my friends. What the hell am i talking about?!?!?!?
Its true. For example consider SJ… He is the most self sufficiently confused man i know. He feels that he knows everything but i feel that its only half the story told. He is good at showing his brighter side forward leaving his darker side behind. It took me three n a half years to figure him out. He trusts all the wrong people at his workplace. That’s what has made him so bitter with his customers. He dosen’t know whom to trust. So let me begin this small lesson in relationships that i have invented myself.
Keep your trust level to zero whenever you meet someone. And test him/her on various issues and get his opinion on everything that you feel will expose your character. As you might not be capable of such explicit dialogue i suggest that you rate his answers in terms of what you would answer if asked such a question. Remember that a deviation from what you think is not necessarily a sign of impending doom, but an opinion is all that matters in helping you understand him/her better.
Levels of trust is gradually increased as you start conforming in him/her more and more. The opposite will happen if you don’t trust him. This will help you to know when to trust whom. People will say that without trust you cannot accomplish a task in a company or in a team but i say that trust levels may be increased quite rapidly in such situations when people come up to expectations.

In addition to this i would like to clarify that Evoluion II was not a failure as people ahave commented. It was more grand than the last one but what missed was team spirit and involvement. Seeing the recent events in here and the mindset of the juniors i feel that not much could have been done. You can’t straighten a dogs tail ( unless its already straight).
